The Stay‑Dri 5‑Day Challenge is a clinician‑designed, parent‑guided, home lifestyle program created to help children build bladder confidence through simple daily routines. Over five days, you’ll learn how hydration timing, bathroom rhythms, food choices, movement, and language all work together to support bladder control.
This is not potty training. It’s nervous‑system‑informed support that meets your child where they are.
Who is this challenge for?
This challenge is ideal for families with children who:
- Experience daytime accidents, urgency, or frequent bathroom trips
- Struggle with nighttime wetting (bedwetting / enuresis)
- Feel anxious, rushed, or stressed around bathroom routines
- Have tried “everything” and still feel stuck
It’s designed for children roughly ages 4–12, but the strategies are flexible and parent‑led.
What makes this different from other bladder programs?
Most programs focus only on behavior charts or alarms.
The Stay‑Dri Challenge is different because it addresses the whole system:
- The bladder

- The child’s emotional safety and confidence
We don’t ask kids to “try harder.” We teach families how to make the body feel safe — because when the nervous system feels safe, the bladder follows.

How much time does this take each day?
Most families spend 10–20 minutes per day.
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s consistency. These are routines that fit into real family life, not another thing to manage.
Do we get lifetime access?
Yes.
Once you join the Stay‑Dri 5‑Day Challenge, you have lifetime access to the content. You can revisit lessons, repeat activities, and move at your own pace — especially helpful as your child grows or hits new developmental stages.
Is this medical treatment?
No. This challenge is educational and lifestyle‑based, designed by a pediatric pelvic floor physical therapist.
It does not replace medical care. If your child has concerning symptoms (pain, blood in urine, frequent infections, or regression after dryness), we recommend consulting your pediatrician.
My child feels embarrassed or discouraged — will this make it worse?
No. In fact, this program was built specifically to reduce shame.
